This five day camp is designed for movers who want more than choreography. Through guided workshops you will strengthen technique while expanding sensory connection and personal expression.

    • Will PDM Pole Camp provide transfers to and from the airport?

      No, PDM Pole Camp will not provide transfers to and from the airport.

    • Are heels mandatory?

      Heels are not mandatory, although there will be one workshop (out of 12) on edgework explorations that will be best appreciated in heels

    • Is accommodation included? 

      Due to different budgets and preferences accommodations will not be included in the camp packages

    • What is the ideal student level?

      Most workshops at PDM Pole Camp are open level and both groups will explore the same material.

      To support a smooth learning pace/ shared pacing and depth of exploration We'll use these guidelines when forming groups.

      Variations, options, and support will be offered throughout.

      Intermediate:

      • Full bracket grip

      • Pole turn on single leg

      • Twisty grip ballerina

      • Invert and leg hangs from the ground

      Advanced:

      • Chair spin

      • Twisty grip handstand

      • Some edgework experience

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    All registrations for PDM Pole Camp are non-refundable once registration is submitted, including registrations paid via installment plans.

    Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, limited to death or permanent incapacitating injury of the participant, their partner, or child. Supporting documentation will be required.

    Situations such as illness, injury, pregnancy, work commitments, personal or family matters, or changes in circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

    If the camp is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be offered a full refund of all payments made or a transfer to a future camp.

    We strongly recommend securing travel and cancellation insurance before registering.

    • 12 workshops across five days
    • 4 workshops with each instructor
    • 1 off pole workshop per instructor

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Installment plans from 2 to 5 payments are available. All balances must be paid in full by July 6 2026.

    Card installments are charged automatically on scheduled dates. Bank transfer installments must be authorised manually. All registrations are final and non refundable once submitted.

    Refunds are considered only in cases of death or permanent incapacitating injury of the participant, their partner, or child. Documentation is required.

    If the organizer cancels the camp, a full refund will be issued or payments may be transferred to a future camp.

    Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

    PDM Student Early Bird Pricing

    • MYR 6120

    • Available to eligible PDM students registering during the Early Bird period.

    • Eligibility requires at least three courses or ten private lesson hours purchased since January 2024 through PDM. Purchase history will be verified.

    • Includes full retreat access and all listed activities.

    • Deposit required. Installment plans available. Full balance due by July 6 2026.

  • General Standard Pricing

    • For participants registering after Early Bird closes.

    • Includes full access to all 12 workshops and retreat activities.
      Welcome dinner, city outing, waterfall excursion, open studio access.

    • Non refundable deposit required to secure your place. Installment plans available. Full balance due by July 6 2026.

    PDM Student Standard Pricing

    • Available to eligible PDM students registering after Early Bird closes.

    • Eligibility requirements same as above. Verification required.

    • Includes full retreat access and all listed activities.

    • Do you offer installment plans?

      Yes. We offer 2–5 installment plans, with full payment due by 6 July.

    • How do installments work?

      For card payments, installments are automatically charged on scheduled dates. For bank transfers, you’ll authorise each payment via your bank.

      You’ll receive confirmation notifications for successful payments.

    • Can I pay off my installments early?

      Yes. If you’d like to complete your remaining balance early, Contact us and we’ll arrange a one-time payment for the outstanding amount.

    Who qualifies for PDM Student pricing?

    •  A PDM Student is defined as someone who, from January 2024 onwards, has:

      • purchased at least three (3) courses (full-term or mini-term), or

      • purchased ten (10) hours of private lessons

      Eligibility is based on recorded purchase history in the PDM system. If you’re unsure, please reach out before registering.
