  • Camp Flow:

    Movement & Community

    • 12 workshops total — four with each instructor (including one off-the-pole session per instructor, held across full-group explorations and smaller working containers)

    • Bracelet crafting & intention-setting session

    • City centre mini tour — dinner, Twin Towers, night market

    • Waterfall day trip with event photography by PoleNinjaPhotography

    • Show & Share Circle — a low-pressure space to share movement, words, or simply presence

    Care & Logistics:

    • Welcome dinner

    • All meals provided: breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided during the 3 workshop days, breakfast and lunch provided on the closing waterfall day trip

    • Transport provided for the city centre mini tour and waterfall day trip

    • Open studio access daily from 8am–10pm

  • Most workshops at PDM Pole Camp are open level and both groups will explore the same material.

    To support a smooth learning pace/ shared pacing and depth of exploration We'll use these guidelines when forming groups.

    Intermediate Pacing:

    • Full bracket grip

    • Pole turn on single leg

    • Twisty grip ballerina

    • Invert and leg hangs from the ground

    Advanced Pacing:

    • Chair spin

    • Twisty grip handstand

    • Some edgework experience

    Variations, options, and support will be offered throughout.

    • Are accommodation, or airport transfers included?

      Accommodation, and airport transfers are not included. To keep the experience flexible, campers are invited to arrange their own travel and accommodation. Transport will be provided for camp-scheduled group outings during the program.

    • Are heels mandatory?

      Heels are not mandatory.

      One workshop (out of 12) will explore edgework, which is best experienced in heels. One additional workshop will have heels recommended, but participation is welcome with or without heels.

    • What is the ideal student level?

      Most workshops at PDM Pole Camp are open level and both groups will explore the same material.

      To support shared pacing and depth of exploration, we'll be forming two groups of intermediate and advanced pacing. Full details outlined in our Level Guidelines.

    PDM Student Standard Pricing

    • Available to eligible PDM students who register after 30 April 2026.

    • Eligibility requires a minimum of three courses or ten private lesson hours purchased since January 2024 through Pole Dance Movement.

    Installment plans of 2-5 payments are available.
    Full balance must be completed by 6th July 2026.

    • Do you offer installment plans?

      Yes. We offer 2–5 installment plans, with full payment due by 6 July. This means that the sooner you secure your spot,
      the smaller each installment payment will be ~

    • How do installments work?

      For card payments, installments are automatically charged on scheduled dates. For bank transfers, you’ll need to authorise each payment via your bank.

      You’ll receive confirmation notifications for successful payments.

    • What payment methods are available?
      Accepted via website:
      - Credit / Debit Card
      - Malaysian Bank Transfer
      - GrabPay

      Other methods such as Paypal and Wise may be arranged manually, subject to platform fees

    • Can I pay off my installments early?

      Yes. If you’d like to complete your remaining balance early, Contact us and we’ll arrange a one-time payment for the outstanding amount.

    • Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the camp?

      All registrations for PDM Pole Camp are non-refundable once submitted, including registrations paid via installment plans.

      We strongly recommend securing appropriate travel and cancellation insurance before registering.

      Please review our full refund policy prior to completing your registration.

    • Do I qualify for PDM Student pricing?

       A PDM Student is defined as someone who, from January 2024 onwards, has:

      • purchased at least three (3) courses (full-term or mini-term), or

      • purchased ten (10) hours of private lessons

      Eligibility is based on recorded purchase history in the PDM system. Reach out to us @pdm_polecamp to check your eligibility.

  • All registrations for PDM Pole Camp are non-refundable once registration is submitted, including registrations paid via installment plans.

    Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, limited to death or permanent incapacitating injury of the participant, their partner, or child. Supporting documentation will be required.

    Situations such as illness, injury, pregnancy, work commitments, personal or family matters, or changes in circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

    If the camp is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be offered a full refund of all payments made or a transfer to a future camp.

    We strongly recommend securing travel and cancellation insurance before registering.

    By completing your registration, you acknowledge that all payments made (including installments) are non-refundable.
