EMBODIED EXPLORATIONS

a process-based pole camp for curious movers 𐦍༘
August 6 to 10 2026
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  • We value long form building and process over a rush toward outcomes. Sensation and presence lead, embodiment centers and patience allows for breath and intention. PDM Pole Camp is a shared space for movers to slow down, deepen and connect through playful exploration.

Our instructors are carefully handpicked in alignment with our ethos. The instructors we bring you for Embodied Explorations are those that are deeply embedded in their craft. Consistently practicing within realms of exploration, sensory pleasure and play. Allie, Sea and Toni are the best equipped instructors to guide you towards building and understanding your own movement process and language.
